Products
All products are handmade. Colours, sizes (±3%) and finishes vary from piece to piece and from on-screen images, which are illustrations of the design. Such variation is not a defect.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We may change prices without notice, but the price at the time you place your order applies. If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before processing the order. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept it by email or phone, or when online payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we cannot verify the details, or if we suspect misuse; any payment made is refunded in full.
Coupons
One coupon per order. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Governed by our shipping policy and returns policy.
Intellectual property
Content on this site, including text, designs and the Luranio name, belongs to Dryshades Private Limited and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Dryshades Private Limited’s registered office is located.
