Returns & refunds

7-day returns

You can return ready pieces within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packing with tags. Email info@dryshades.com with your order reference to start a return. We arrange pickup where the courier serves your PIN code; otherwise we share a return address.

What can’t be returned

• Made-to-order, custom-size and personalised pieces.
• Candles, attar, diffusers and dhoop once opened, for hygiene reasons.
• Gift boxes that have been opened, and items bought on final sale.

Damaged or wrong items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace free, or refund in full if a replacement isn’t available.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of the returned item reaching us and passing inspection.
• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
• Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide.
• Original shipping and COD fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before dispatch by emailing or calling us. Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled only before production starts.
