This policy explains how Dryshades Private Limited (“Luranio”, “we”) collects and uses your personal data when you use luranio.com, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

Contact and delivery details you enter: name, email, phone, address, and GSTIN if you add one.
Order details: products, amounts, payment method and payment reference. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials; online payments are processed by Razorpay.
Messages you send through our contact and trade forms.
Your cart, wishlist and order history are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

How we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders, and issue GST invoices.
To reply to your enquiries.
To send offers by email only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the store: courier partners (delivery), Razorpay (payments) and our form and email providers (order notifications). We do not sell your data.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Other data is deleted when no longer needed, or on your request.

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@dryshades.com.
