Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable PIN codes in India through reputed courier partners. International shipping is available for trade orders on request.
Charges
- Standard shipping: free on orders above ₹5,000 (after discounts); ₹250 below that.
- Express shipping to metro cities: ₹350.
- Cash on delivery: ₹99 fee, available on orders up to ₹15,000.
Timelines
- Ready pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation (or payment, where applicable).
- Delivery takes 4–9 working days after dispatch depending on location; metros are usually faster.
- Made-to-order pieces show their production time on the product page.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Damage in transit
Every order is packed in double-walled cartons. If anything arrives damaged, email photos of the product and outer box to info@dryshades.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost, or refund it if a replacement isn’t possible.
Undelivered orders
If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the recipient was unavailable after three attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply. Prepaid orders that cannot be delivered are refunded minus shipping costs.
